What do I do if my porting request has been rejected?

If your port request has been rejected you will receive an email with details as to why it was rejected and what you need to do next.

Please note:

If your number has been rejected more than once for any reason you may need to pay another $30 +tx fee in order to resubmit it!

If your number has been rejected for any reason other than the address being incorrect then you most likely will need to pay another $30 +tx fee to resubmit the request again.

If the port request was rejected for the address not being correct once then you will need to pay another $30 +tx fee to resubmit it.
