I have a Zhone internet modem and my service is not working, how do I fix this?
1. Log into the Zhone internet modem (most of the time the IP address is 192.168.1.1
2. Go to Advanced Settings
3. Go to NAT
4. Disabled the SIP ALG and apply/save settings
5. Enabled the upnp and save/apply settings
