If you are currently experiencing issues accessing your voicemail via *98, you can reach your voicemail by dialing your own talkit number from your Talkit Device, or by dialing one of our remote voicemail access numbers. You can view our remote voicemail numbers by clicking here.
New Firmware has been updated; please unplug the power of your Talkit device and plug it back in. Wait 5 minutes and the issue should be solved.
If it still isn't working try unplugging the power from your phone handset for 20 seconds and plug it back in and make sure the Caller ID setting in your phone handset is on.
