If you are currently experiencing issues accessing your voicemail via *98, you can reach your voicemail by dialing your own talkit number from your Talkit Device, or by dialing one of our remote voicemail access numbers.

My phone is saying Device Not Registered How do I fix this?
To fix this issue, first make sure that your device is connected properly you can find instructions for how to properly connect your device here:

simply unplug ONLY the power from ONLY your Talkit device for 1 minute and plug it back in. Then, wait 5 minutes for the Talkit device to fully boot up.
If it still is not working you can Reset the device. You can find the instructions here for resetting your Talkit device
