If you are currently experiencing issues accessing your voicemail via *98, you can reach your voicemail by dialing your own talkit number from your Talkit Device, or by dialing one of our remote voicemail access numbers. You can view our remote voicemail numbers by clicking here.
How do I update my Talkit.ca Account Password?
To update the email address on your Talkit.ca account please follow the steps below:
1. Login to your Talkit.ca account at www.talkit.ca with your email address currently on your Talkit.ca account and your password
2.On the "Edit Details" screen, you will see a field with your current password. Simply erase the current password and put in your new one.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click on the blue button that says "Update Details"
4. If updated successfully, you will see near the top of the form a green rectangle box that says " Customer information successfully updated"
Your password is now updated
