If you are currently experiencing issues accessing your voicemail via *98, you can reach your voicemail by dialing your own talkit number from your Talkit Device, or by dialing one of our remote voicemail access numbers. You can view our remote voicemail numbers by clicking here.
How do I pay for my replacement device?
You can pay for your replacement device by logging into your Talkit.ca account at www.talkit.ca
1. you will need to login with the email address associated with your Talkit.ca account and your Talkit.ca password.
2. Near the top of the web page you will see a tab called "RMA" click on the RMA tab and follow the process
You can also make your payment by calling in and paying over the phone 1-877-813-4858
Please Note: Your new device cannot be sent out until the payment has been made.
