If you are currently experiencing issues accessing your voicemail via *98, you can reach your voicemail by dialing your own talkit number from your Talkit Device, or by dialing one of our remote voicemail access numbers. You can view our remote voicemail numbers by clicking here.
My porting is complete. What do I do next?
1. Unplug the power adapter from the Talkit device for 20 seconds and plug it back in
2. wait for the Talkit to boot up
(this can take a few minutes)
Now your ported number should be working successfully on your Talkit service.

Once your ported number is working on the Talkit service, contact your provider and cancel your service to ensure you do not continue to be billed by them.
