I have Static or Buzzing on the line

1. Make sure your phone is connected directly to your Talkit.ca device and not a phone jack in the wall

2. Move the Talkit device 3 to 4 feet away form other electronics like modem, router, computers etc

3. Try a new phone cord

4. Try a different phone (corded, not cordless)

5. connect the talkit power adapter directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar

* turn off all computers and devices connected to the internet such as; computers, laptops, tablets, ipads, game systems etc..
