If you are currently experiencing issues accessing your voicemail via *98, you can reach your voicemail by dialing your own talkit number from your Talkit Device, or by dialing one of our remote voicemail access numbers. You can view our remote voicemail numbers by clicking here.
The caller Display is not working with my Talkit service
To fix the call display, do the following.
1. ensure your phone is connected directly into the Talkit device
2. on the back of the Talkit device you will see a tiny hole. In that hole is the reset button. get a safety pin or paper clip and push and hold the reset button for 20 seconds. Wait 5 minutes
3. Unplug the power to the internet modem for seconds and then plug it back in and wait 5 minutes
4. Unplug the power to the Talkit for 20 seconds and plug it back in. Wait 5 minutes.
