If you are currently experiencing issues accessing your voicemail via *98, you can reach your voicemail by dialing your own talkit number from your Talkit Device, or by dialing one of our remote voicemail access numbers. You can view our remote voicemail numbers by clicking here.
How do I power cycle my device?
To power cycle your device simply,
1. unplug the power cord from the back of your Talkit.ca device.
2. Wait 30 seconds, then plug your device back in.
It will then begin any necessary firmware or configuration updates and will ensure that your device is running the most up to date settings.
