If you are currently experiencing issues accessing your voicemail via *98, you can reach your voicemail by dialing your own talkit number from your Talkit Device, or by dialing one of our remote voicemail access numbers. You can view our remote voicemail numbers by clicking here.
How do I activate my Talkit?
1. Go to www.talkit.ca and log into your account with your
email address and password.
2. Then go to the bottom of the page, on the left hand side
you will see where it says “Talkit Activation” you will
enter your MAC address of your Talkit device here.
* Your MAC address is located on the bottom of the device and begins with 000
Then you will enter in your E911 information and continue.
Please note: Your renewal date is from the date you activate your Talkit.ca device/service not from the date of purchase.
