I referred people but I didn't get any credit on my account. Why?
If you referred people but do not see the credit on your account, remember that it does take 30 days after that person activates their service for that credit to appear on your account.
If it is more then 30 days after that person activated their service you may not see the referral for the following reasons.
1. that person has chosen to not stay with the Talkit service and got a refund.
2. The person that you referred did not enter in the code they received when they ordered.
Note: Our system for referrals is automatic, the person needs to enter the referral code into the coupon field duroing the order process to get the discount. If the person that you referred does not enter in this code into the coupon field upon ordering, the credit will not be applied to your account!
