If you are currently experiencing issues accessing your voicemail via *98, you can reach your voicemail by dialing your own talkit number from your Talkit Device, or by dialing one of our remote voicemail access numbers. You can view our remote voicemail numbers by clicking here.
Why does my Talkit service stop working and I need to unplug the power from the Talkit device and plug it back in for it to start working again?
This typically means that your Talkit device needs to be put into the DHCP Server reservation list in your router.
To do this you can either consult your router manufacturers user manual or contact us.
