If you are currently experiencing issues accessing your voicemail via *98, you can reach your voicemail by dialing your own talkit number from your Talkit Device, or by dialing one of our remote voicemail access numbers. You can view our remote voicemail numbers by clicking here.
Why didn't I get a renewal notice?
Renewal notices are sent out to account emails.
If the email address on your account is wrong then you may not receive it.
To ensure this doesn't happen:
1. make sure your email address on your Talkit.ca account is up to date.
2. ensure emails from Talkit.ca go to your inbox and do not get stuck in your spam filter
