My number was cancelled. Can I get it back?

You are sent renewal notices in the form of emails, if you do not renew by your renewal date your account becomes blocked for 9 days in which you can still renew within that time. If you do not renew during the 9 days that your account is blocked then your number becomes cancelled and there is no way to retreive that number. Your number will be lost!!! So, make sure you renew your account on your renewal date to prevent your number from being cancelled and unretreivable!
